Privacy Policy

Khazanty (“we”, “us”) operates the Khazanty marketplace app and website, connecting shoppers with independent clothing vendors in Jordan. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you create an account or place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Delivery addresses you save (recipient name, phone, city, area, street, building, notes)
• Order history, including items purchased, quantities, and order totals
• Favorites/saved items and basic app usage needed to operate the marketplace

We do not collect or store payment card details of any kind — see “Payments” below.

• To create and manage your account
• To process and deliver your orders, and to let vendors fulfill them
• To communicate with you about orders, delivery updates, and account activity
• To maintain the security and integrity of the marketplace

Khazanty currently supports Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We do not collect, process, or store any credit/debit card numbers or other card payment data — payment is made directly to the delivery courier when your order arrives.

You can browse and check out as a guest without registering. Guest sessions use Supabase's anonymous authentication, which assigns a temporary account to your device/browser so your cart and order can be created. If you later create a full account with the same session active, that anonymous account is upgraded in place into your permanent account — your cart and order history carry over rather than being lost.

Our backend and database are hosted on Supabase, which acts as our data processor. Supabase stores your account, profile, address, and order data on our behalf, secured with row-level access controls so only you (and the vendors/couriers fulfilling your specific orders) can see the data relevant to those orders.

We use browser cookies and local storage to keep you signed in (session tokens) and to remember your cart between visits. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We share order details (items, delivery address, contact info) with the vendor fulfilling your order and the courier delivering it, strictly for the purpose of completing that order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• You can edit your name, phone, and default city at any time from your account page
• You can add, edit, or delete saved delivery addresses
• You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us below
